No fall-through safety platform system

The BridgeTile permeable no fall-through safety platform system for floating floors has been specially developed to meet the safety requirements for raised floating floors and walkways. The system enables installation of tiled and other floor surfaces, like artificial grass or outdoor carpeting, on to a fully supported, integrated HD plastic grid tile system.

The system offers two types of tile surface:

1. An open pattern, designed for use supporting any size or shape of ceramic, concrete, marble or other surface tiling;

2. A closed pattern which can be used as a standalone surface, or which can be covered with artificial grass, external carpeting or other suitable materials.

The BridgeTile system is ideal for use across a wide spectrum of applications and offers the following benefits:

• Provides an extremely strong, load bearing, unified structure. Each tile can support up to 4.28kN (962 lbf);

• Can be surfaced with any size or shape of ceramic, concrete, marble or other paving tile, providing 100% support to allow the use of thinner materials and larger tile sizes without risk of breakage;

• A special moulded thermoplastic rubber mat with separator fins (TER09-1131) is available to drastically reduce footfall noise and guarantee a consistent joint between the pavers;

• Provides NO FALL-THROUGH protection in case of accidental breakage of the covering tiles or surfacing. Ideal for public areas and anywhere else where safety is a paramount requirement;

• The tile design offers flexible positioning of pedestal supports, to suit any requirement, with 13 mounting positions provided under each tile.

• Extremely quick and easy to assemble, and to adjust heights and levels using StrataRise pedestals - adjust from above with Hercules range;

• Simple to dismantle and reconfigure for different uses if required;

• Unique locking collar connectors are easy to fit - spare locking connectors will nest and can be used as a screwdriver for extra ease when installing or dismantling. The locking collars can be cut into halves for use at the perimeters;

• The apertures in the tile surfaces allow rain and storm water to drain through to the underlying surface;

• Made from recycled reinforced polypropylene, the system is durable, temperature resistant and eco-friendly as it can be recycled again at end of life.
